Established in Milan in 1933, EPO Srl is a historic family company, that produces high-quality botanical extracts, suitable for food (food and food supplements), pharmaceutical, feed and cosmetic applications; they are also used in the textile and detergent industry, and agriculture supplies.
EPO is the Italian acronym for “Estratti Piante Officinali”, meaning extracts made from medicinal plants.
Still based in Milan, the company has modern production facilities in Fizzonasco di Pieve Emanuele (MI), in the southern part of Milan, an area characterized by an agricultural vocation, where the food supply chain is strongly present.
